Disney to acquire Marvel in $4 billion deal
NEW YORK/LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – Walt Disney Co agreed to buy Marvel Entertainment Inc for billion in a deal that would add characters such as Iron Man, Spider-Man and the Fantastic Four to its entertainment empire.
