GM bondholder deadline passes as bankruptcy looms
DETROIT (Reuters) – General Motors Corp finished a key piece of business on Saturday before a bankruptcy filing planned for Monday as the deadline expired for bondholders to accept an exchange offer brokered by the Obama administration.
